Mum-2-Be contains a full spectrum of essential nutrients including Folic Acid, provides easily digestible and absorbable True Food® Iron and does not contain Vitamin A but Beta Carotene instead. Omega 3 Fish Oil or Flax Seed Oil are also recommended as are additional calcium and magnesium for healthy teeth and relaxed muscles.
