Formulated for the very active such as athletes, at two tablets a day Megavit® is one of the highest potency multivitamin formulas. It contains significant levels of the B vitamins as well as the main antioxidant vitamins A, C and E.
Vitamins, Minerals and Amino Acids are essential to health and vitality. Although these substances occur naturally in various foods, adequate nutrition is not always achieved. Even in a well planned diet the Vitamin and Mineral content may be reduced or destroyed by poor cooking. Persons with inadequate diets, Immune Dysfunctions, Chronic illnesses, periods of rapid Growth, Behavioural disturbances and delinquencies, the Chronically Institutionalised and the Elderly may all be at risk of dietary deficiencies. At 2 tablets daily, Megavit provides high levels of Vitamins, particularly the B Vitamins, making it suitable in place of a B complex product when the other important Vitamins A, C, E and D are also required.
This product can be combined with a multi-mineral supplement such as 8204 Mega Mineral Complex to create a high potency.
Dosage:
1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
Caution:
This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic.
