High potency mineral formula
This product is probably one of the most comprehensive, high potency mineral formulas available. It can be used when the vitamins in a supplement regime are being supplied separately or for a very high potency regime.

Generally any minerals required in amounts of less than 100mg daily in the diet are considered to be Trace Elements. Combinations of these two are essential for those that lack dietary sufficiency.
Dosage
1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
