Emotional state: for those over-sensitive to influences and ideas
Kind, quiet, gentle people who are over-anxious to serve others. They overtax their strength in their endeavours. Their wish so grows upon them that they become more servants than willing helpers. Their good nature leads them to do more than their own share of work, and in so doing they may neglect their own particular mission in life.
Dosage:
Up to five essences can be used in any one combination.
Diluting instructions:
Put about 20ml of water into a
small dropper bottle, then add two drops each of your chosen essences, adding a little brandy if desired as a preservative. This is your personal remedy at its 'dosage strength'. Take four drops of this dilution, four times daily.
Short term problems:
Put two drops each of your chosen essences into a glass of water. Sip at intervals until relief is obtained.
It is important, if possible, to work consciously with the remedies. If you experience little or no change then you should review your formulation. Trust to instinct and intuition. Work with and explore the remedies dynamically. If taken in a glass of water for instance, the Bach remedy can be modified daily or in extreme circumstances, even hourly.
Benefit is derived from regular use rather than by the volume of Bach remedy that is taken at any one time. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction. Remedies may be taken direct from the stock bottle but this has no greater benefit than the diluted remedy.
