Emotional state: for fear
Vague unknown fears, for which there can be given no explanation, no reason. Yet the patient may be terrified of something terrible going to happen, he knows not what. These vague unexplainable fears may haunt by night or day. Sufferers often are afraid to tell their trouble to others.
Dosage:
Up to five essences can be used in any one combination.
Diluting instructions:
Put about 20ml of water into a
small dropper bottle, then add two drops each of your chosen essences, adding a little brandy if desired as a preservative. This is your personal remedy at its 'dosage strength'. Take four drops of this dilution, four times daily.
Short term problems:
Put two drops each of your chosen essences into a glass of water. Sip at intervals until relief is obtained.
It is important, if possible, to work consciously with the remedies. If you experience little or no change then you should review your formulation. Trust to instinct and intuition. Work with and explore the remedies dynamically. If taken in a glass of water for instance, the Bach remedy can be modified daily or in extreme circumstances, even hourly.
Benefit is derived from small, regular use rather than by the volume of Bach remedy that is taken. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction. Remedies may be taken direct from the stock bottle but this has no greater benefit than the diluted remedy. If neccessary, the Bach Flower Remedies can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists.
