PABA, para-aminobenzoic acid, is a basic constituent of folic acid. It has been reported to occasionally restore gray hair to its original color.*
Recommended Dosage:
Take 1 to 6 capsules per day with meals.
Cautions:
PABA should not be taken simultaneously with sulfa drugs, as it may inactivate the medication. Other possible side effects may include nausea, diarrhea or skin rash with ingestion of multi-gram doses.
