Refresh provides a blend of nutrients to assist with the production of energy, suitable for use during recovery from illness. It may also be useful as an energizer after sports training or even after a heavy night out.

Refresh provides a blend of vitamins and minerals in a base of natural freeze-dried apricot. Malates and citrates have a high rate of absorption and assist with the production of energy. Provides chromium in the preferred form for bioavailability as chromium polynicotinate. Fructooligosaccharides (F.O.S.) encourage the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria. Naturally sweet due to the blend of fructooligosaccharides, fructose and apricot.

Recommended Intake:
One Sachet mixed into water or juice before food or as professionally directed.
