There are a number of beneficial bacteria, yeast, and protozoa that are required by the intestinal tract. It has been estimated that there are actually several hundred different species of microbes needed for healthy intestinal function. For years, studies have shown that supplementing the intestinal tract with beneficial bacteria could be very helpful. There are actually thousands of scientific papers that have studied this issue. Research papers published over 30 years ago showed the beneficial effects of bacterial supplementation.
Lactobacillus sporogenes is a new bacterium that corrects problems. First, this type of lactobacillus is in a spore form. Some bacteria are capable of forming spores, which are resistant to destruction. Spores are like plant seeds: they can remain alive for years, and when they encounter the optimal environment for growth, will open up and turn into a new plant. Lactobacillus sporogenes will remain viable and healthy for years, so they have a very long shelf life. This bacterium does not even require refrigeration. The spores will also pass through the stomach's acidic environment with no problem. Once in the small intestine, a spore will sporulate, meaning it will open up and grow. Studies show that Sporogenes do provide healthy effects when given as a supplement.
Recommended Dosage: 1 rounded teaspoon (2.5g) 1-3 times a day.
