Boswellia & Devil’s Claw is a medicinal herbal formula. Boswellia is commonly known as ‘Indian Frankincense’, or ‘Salai guggal’ in Ayurvedic medicine. The gum resin from this leafy tree contains active ingredients called ‘boswellic acids’. Native to Southern Africa, Devil’s Claw has a long tradition of use as a folk medicine by the local San and Khoi peoples. The herb owes its name to the unusual barbed thorns that protrude from its fruit. Devil’s Claw roots contain active components called ‘harpagosides’.
Recommended dosage
Adults and children over 8 years take 2-3 capsules a day, just before meals with a glass or water, or as your health professional advises.
