Extra High Potency GLA
One of the oils found in evening primrose and starflower (borage) seeds is Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) which is frequently recommended by practitioners for those: at the time of their period, going through the menopause or concerned with the condition of their skin.
Whilst the body can produce GLA from the conversion of the parent fatty acid of the omega-6 family, linoleic acid, the conversion isn’t always very efficient, so a dietary source of GLA can be useful.
Our Extra High Potency Evening Primrose Oil with Starflower Oil 1000mg is of high quality and specially selected for its consistent GLA level (a full 120mg per capsule). Supplied in gelatin-free capsules.
Dosage
1 to 3 capsules daily with a meal.
