Buffered to prevent upset stomachs
Mag-C is buffered to prevent the upset stomach sometimes associated with straight ascorbic acid while providing an easily assimilated form of magnesium. Each capsule provides 700 mg of vitamin C (magnesium ascorbate) and 50 mg of magnesium.
