ORALLY ADMINISTERED METAL CHELATOR
DMSA is a sulfhydryl-containing, water-soluble, non-toxic, orally administered metal chelator. Research indicates DMSA’s efficacy and safety and supports its use as an oral metal chelator for mercury and other heavy metals.
DMSA should be taken under the supervision of a physician trained in chelation therapy.
Recommended Dosage:
100mg:
Take 1 capsule up to three times every other day on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare professional.
25mg:
Take 1 to 3 capsules on an empty stomach every other day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Cautions:
Not for use by pregnant or nursing women or by children, unless under supervision of a physician. If nausea, vomiting or rash occurs, decrease dosage or discontinue use.
