As a potent physiological adaptogen, Siberian ginseng is often used to combat stress and fatigue. Currently there are clinical trials being undertaken in the UK on its use in the alleviation of symptoms of unremitting fatigue and the researchers have been excited by the preliminary results.
Key constituents of Siberian ginseng are a large group of active compounds, referred to as eleutherosides. Our Siberian Ginseng is a high potency extract, equivalent to 1500mg of the whole herb, with a guaranteed 810µg eleutherosides.
Dosage
