Step by step guide to buying online from Seek Natural.
1. Browse the site finding the products you require
2. Add all of the products you want to your basket (”BUY buttons”)
3. View your basket (click on ‘View Order’ at the top of the page)
4. Change quantities and then click “update” or remove items from your basket
5. When you’re happy with the total press “proceed to checkout” You cannot change products or quantities after this point.
6. If you are a first time customer to Seek Natural, Enter your email address and a password you can remember. Now enter your billing and delivery details. Return Customers only need enter their email and password. If you have been issued with a discount code, enter it here. Then press “Continue” button.
7. You are now in your “order summary page” Check your details and amend if needed by pressing ‘Edit Entry’. Then press “Continue” button.
8. If you are happy with the contents of you order press the ‘Proceed’ button. (only if you wish to pay online by card)
9. If you do not wish to pay online, print this page and
select one of the other three ways to pay (below)

Order by Fax
To Fax your order, please fax your printed order page, ensuring your details are all correct (steps 1 -9 above) along with your credit/debit type, number and expiry
date to +44 (0)870 321 0069. We will confirm your order by fax so remember to include your fax number.
Order by Post & Pay by Cheque
For UK customers only, you can also order by mail and pay by cheque. Follow steps 1-9 above and mail your order with a cheque for the specified amount, made payable to International Alternative Medicine Centre Ltd, to the address below. Cheques will be cleared before orders can be dispatched. This method will take longer than the above methods.

Shipping Cost
We endevour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, you will be notified by email of your scheduled delivery date. The date given is normally accurate but may vary by a day either way due to postal services.
Shipping costs to the UK and all EC countries have a fixed shipping cost regardless of order size.
UK Mainland - £1.95 for most orders - £3.95 for heavy items over 2Kg.
EU Countries - £4.75 (Only applies to orders less than 2Kg in weight)
Upon receiving your package, carefully check the products with the enclosed receipt. Occasionally, the environmentally sound packing material inside your box can 'hide' and cover up smaller bottles.
